Regardless of which package you pick, every build includes: branded customer database (CRM), dedicated business phone number for SMS, lead pipeline tracking, unified inbox (SMS, email, chat in one place), email sending domain setup, mobile app, full training and handoff, and ongoing maintenance and support. None of these are add-ons.
Each bundle includes multiple services. If you bought each service individually, the total setup cost would be significantly higher. The "savings" shows the difference between buying all included services separately vs. buying them as a bundle. For example, the Growth package includes services that would cost $12,285 in individual setup fees — you pay $3,997.
Setup & Process
Most systems are fully live within 30 days of signing. The process: onboarding call (day 1–3) → build phase (days 4–25) → review and revisions (days 26–28) → training and handoff (days 29–30). If we miss the 30-day deadline, your first month is free.
After signing, we schedule an onboarding call where we gather everything we need: your services, pricing, booking process, branding, and access to any platforms we'll integrate with. You do not need to prepare anything in advance — just show up to the call and answer our questions.
No. We build everything and train you on the specific parts you need to use — which is mostly just checking a dashboard, reading messages, and watching your calendar fill up. You do not need to understand how anything works under the hood.
Contracts & Cancellation
No annual contracts. After the first 90 days, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. The 90-day initial period exists because it takes time to see real results from automation — most clients see meaningful ROI by week 4–6, but the full impact takes 2–3 months.
14-Day Quality Guarantee: if you are unhappy with the build quality within 14 days of delivery, we refund your setup fee in full. After that, setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly retainer fees are not refunded for partial months.
Yes. You own all customer contacts, records, and data in your system. We provide a complete export within 30 days of cancellation, provided your account is in good standing. Your customer relationships go with you.
